Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts

This interest bearing account is specifically designed for attorneys who handle client funds, giving them somewhere to put that money where it can do the most good.

The interest earned on an IOLTA account is paid to the Lawyers Trust Fund of Illinois to benefit the public with legal assistance programs. In support of these efforts, SBT waives the monthly minimum balance fee on IOLTA accounts.
