Compliance Officer – Elmhurst - Main Branch


The position of Compliance Officer is responsible for leading and managing a sound compliance program for the organization and developing and maintaining a risk analysis review program. On an ongoing basis, the position will be responsible for providing consultation to senior management on compliance related changes and regulatory changes effecting the operations of the organization; assist in the establishment of a compliance training schedule and ensuring required training is completed bank-wide; and ensure integrity and compliance of internal controls with regulatory policies and procedures. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience and 2-5 years of recent banking regulatory compliance experience are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, good working knowledge of bank products and the ability to communicate across all lines of business are also requirements for this position.


Teller - Part-Time at Elmhurst – Spring Road and Wheaton


The Tellers are responsible for receiving deposits for credit to customers' savings, checking or loan accounts, verifying cash withdrawals and signature endorsements within established limits, and balancing daily transactions. Tellers will also answer customer inquiries related to account balances, promote bank products and refer customers to appropriate departments for additional services with a focus on building business relationships with our customers. Tellers must have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous cash handling and customer service experience. Excellent

customer service and communication skills re required to provide our customers with "The experience of exceptional service".


Teller Supervisor – Full-Time – Oak Lawn

This position is responsible for supervision and evaluation of the teller operation at a branch. This includes ensuring the Teller staff provides exceptional customer service and that security procedures are adhered to and losses are maintained at a minimum. Additionally, the Teller Supervisor performs all duties of a Teller. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years of experience as a Teller and 1 year of supervisory experience and strong customer service skills.


Wire Transfer Representative – Full-Time – Wood Dale

The Wire Transfer Representative is responsible for performing operational support duties of the Wire Transfer Department. Assists the AVP, Accounting Operations Officer as directed; creates, verifies, issues and receives wire and funds transfers for processing; performs daily callback and account reconciliation activities; monitors the status of wire and funds transfers; and investigates and researches disputes, and suspicious or fraudulent issues in accordance with state and federal regulations. Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports, prepares correspondence; participates in special department projects. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in banking, strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with all levels of internal (employees/management) and external customers, analytical skills to research and prepare reports and computer literacy.
