Loan Processor – Full-Time – Elmhurst Main
The Loan Operations Processor is responsible for the accuracy of processing all new and renewal loan transactions that are offered by SBT in accordance with the banks policy and requirements. Specifically, this position will create and organize loan files, service customer calls, search, find and eliminate items from tickler system, order and verify the accuracy of title, flood determinations, corporate status, UCC searches, Tax-Lien-Judgments searches, and insurance; communicate with lenders and credit analysts to follow up on documentation needed for closings; verify that loan approval conditions are met and prepare files in proper order for loan review; prepare letters of credit and packages for attorney review; prepare closing documents for loans and closing package for title companies along with all other related duties. This position requires a high school diploma, college degree or equivalent work experience, the ability to interact with customers and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner; must be a strong team player and have the ability to carry light to medium weight loan files on two floors of the building.
Tellers – Full-Time at and Wood Dale
Part-Time at Chicago/Beverly, Elmhurst Main, Lemont, Wheaton and Wood Dale
The Tellers are responsible for receiving deposits for credit to customers' savings, checking or loan accounts, verifying cash withdrawals and signature endorsements within established limits, and balancing daily transactions. Tellers will also answer customer inquiries related to account balances, promote bank products and refer customers to appropriate departments for additional services with a focus on building business relationships with our customers. Tellers must have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous cash handling and customer service experience. Excellent
customer service and communication skills re required to provide our customers with "The experience of exceptional service".
Teller Supervisor - Full-Time at Markham
The Teller Supervisor will oversee teller activities, maintain records of vault and teller station cash balances and oversees currency accounts. Additionally, the Teller Supervisor provides on-the-job training for tellers, monitors tellers to ensure compliance with financial institution procedures and policies, provides comprehensive, prompt and efficient customer transactions, cross-sells financial institution services such as checking accounts, debit cards, e-statements, online banking, HELOC's safe deposit boxes, etc., conducts monthly teller drawer audits, assists tellers in locating cash discrepancies, answers difficult customer questions, performs a variety of customer service transactions, provides input in performance evaluations for tellers, prepares branch work schedules and performs all other duties as assigned. Requirements include a high school diploma, 2-3 years of job related experience as a Sr. Teller, preferably with some supervisory experience, strong interpersonal communication, customer service, organization and computer skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
Assistant Teller Supervisor –Full-Time – Elmhurst Lake Street
This position is responsible for various activities in the teller area with particular emphasis on workflow. Day to day responsibilities include receiving deposits for credit to customers' savings, checking or loan accounts, verifying cash withdrawals and signature endorsements within established limits and securing required approval as necessary, balancing daily transactions and, referring sales opportunities to the appropriate banking staff. . This position may also have over ride, and check-signing authority as well has higher authorized cash limits in order to support the branch operations. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service by performing the functions of this position with complete knowledge and understanding of the teller operation while demonstrating initiative, good judgment and a positive enthusiastic attitude. The Assistant Teller Supervisor will normally manage 3-5 Tellers or provide supervisory support for non-lobby hours of operations. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, cash handling experience, customer service experience and or training and at least 1 year teller experience.
